Tailored Treatments

Each time you visit or each time you make an appointment, we can discuss what treatment, or treatments you'd prefer. I appreciate that you won't necessarily want the same experience each time you come. For example, I often find a combination of massage, hot stones, oils and hands free can work in harmony to relieve aching muscles. Since our integral biology changes regularly then the oils we use will need to be changed and apted to your immediate needs. Your personalised treatment is my priority.
